DentalChat’s marketing pages collect only what you type into Signup or Contact: practice name, your name, email, optional phone and website, and the message or notes you send. We store those locally in this first slice (or email the founder inbox if a mail key is configured).

The Willow Creek Dental demo is a scripted sample. Completing an appointment request shows an office-email preview on the page. Demo submissions are tagged source: demo and must not email a real clinic.

The product widget, when live on a practice site, collects booking details — not charts — and emails the practice inbox that office configured. Practices own their hours, services, and insurance copy.
