DentalChat

Built for the hour after you lock the door.

DentalChat started because after-hours voicemail is where new patients disappear.

Why this exists

A Saturday voicemail that never gets returned is a new patient who booked somewhere else by Monday. A front desk answering “are you open?” twelve times a day is a front desk that isn’t seating the next hygiene visit. DentalChat is the night clerk on the homepage: hours, insurance, services, then a structured request instead of another recording.

Leland Sion started DentalChat for that hour. A longer bio will land here — we are not inventing a CV in the meantime.

How we work with practices

A website snippet plus a config of hours, services, insurance, and the inbox that receives requests. No six-month install. Early customers talk to the founder. You keep your scheduler; we send a clean email the desk can return before lunch.

Privacy and clinical limits

Chats collect booking details, not charts. No diagnosis, no treatment planning. Practices own their hours and services copy. Demo traffic on this marketing site never emails a real clinic. Read the privacy policy.
